Shipping rates

All orders ship with Premium Insured & Tracked Shipping (USPS First Class).

• United States: $3.99 on orders under $50. Free on orders of $50 or more.
• International: $11.99 on orders under $50. Free on orders of $50 or more.

The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices.

Lost or damaged parcels

Every shipment is insured. If your tracking stops updating or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@easebyprima.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
