Our money-back guarantee
Every Prima product comes with a money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered:
- Prima LipStick: 30 days.
- Prima Inner Moisture: 60 days.
- Prima Firming Serum: 1 year, even if you have used it up.
If you are not happy with your purchase within that time, we will refund it.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@easebyprima.com with your order number and the product you want refunded. We will reply with the next steps and confirm when your refund is issued.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show it on your statement.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Refills
If a refill was charged that you did not want, email us and we will help. You can cancel future refills at any time; see our Subscription policy.
