How refills work
On our product pages you can choose a one-time purchase or automatic refills. Refills cost less than a one-time purchase; the price you pay for each refill is shown on the product page before you add it to your cart, and again at checkout.
When you choose refills, you agree that we charge the payment method you used at checkout automatically on each refill date, at the refill price shown, until you cancel.
How often refills ship
- 1-pack: a refill every 30 days.
- 3-pack: a refill every 90 days.
Your order confirmation email lists what you chose and how often it ships.
Cancel any time
There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. To cancel, skip a refill or change your refills, email support@easebyprima.com with your order number. A cancellation received before your next refill date stops that refill and every one after it.
